How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- Orders of products in Ready Stock categories are shipped immediatelly;

- Orders of products in Factory Offers categories are shipped in a maximum of 7 working day, as this stock is in our central warehouse in Italy.

What are the payment methods accepted by Beontime?

Bank wire, credit card or COD.

PLEASE NOTE: for orders over 150€, we do not accept COD payment.

Can my order be giftwrapped?

Of course, buying in our online store is the same as buying in one of our shopping stores!!

Does Be on Time charge shipping costs?

We have different charges, depending on value and payment method:

- for orders under 50€, we charge 3,90€ of shipping of order is paid by bankwire or credit card and 6€ if order is paid by COD;

- for orders over 50€, we offer shipping unless payment is by COD (in which case, we charge 6€);

- we do not accept COD payment for orders over 150€;

- For international orders we charge 10€ for European destinations and 20€ for the rest of the world.

Why can´t I find the watch I am looking for on Be on Time?

There are 3 reasons for that: it is temporarily sold out, was descontinued by the brand or it is not yet available for sale.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending an email to encomendas@beontime.pt until the end of the day in which you placed your order.

What should I do if what I order arrives damaged?

If this happens, please email asap (encomendas@beontime.pt), so we can solve the problem in the shortest period of time possible.

What should I do if the watch I ordered does not meet my expectations?

Please send us an e-mail (encomendas@beontime.pt) explaining what happend. If you wish to make an exchange, please note that the shipping costs of the second shipment will be paid by you. If you don´t wish to make an exchange, we will issue a credit note so you can discount its value on a future order.

Do prices include taxes?

Yes, all our prices include VAT at the current rate in Portugal (23%)

Is Be on Time 100% secure? Will my personal data be given to third parties?

Yes, our platform is 100% secure. Your personal data will never be given to third parties.

How can I register?

It is very simple. You just need to:
1 - Click on "My account" on top of our homepage
2 - Fill in your data and finish the process ...and that´s it!

What should I do if I lost my password?

Just go to the page "My account", click on the link "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps.

I am abroad (outside Portugal). Can I make an order?

We deliver worldwide, just not that for international orders we do not accept COD payment. For European destinations we charge 10€ for shipping, for the rest of the world we charge 20€. If you want to check our prices on your own currency, please go to www.xe.com.

Is my purchase covered by official warranty?

Of course it is, we are official dealers of all the brands that we sell! If you have any problem with your watch, you can claim assistance under warranty at any official dealer of the brand.
